DC is a small town but amazingly, Ellen Kassoff Gray and I had never crossed paths until a serendipitous meeting during a Kojo Nnamdi segment about DC VegFest and vegan food trends. We immediately hit it off and Ellen brought us on to help with PR, especially around vegan and vegetarian cuisine. Working with Ellen and Chef Todd Gray is a blast–they are full of energy, ideas, and enthusiasm for their craft.

Todd is the consummate professional–cool under pressure with laser-like focus and a passion that shines through in everything he does. Ellen has boundless energy and creativity. We bonded over food, certainly, but also over our shared passion for animals–Ellen serves on the board of the Washington Humane Society and created its annual Sugar & Champagne event. I’m thrilled to be working with this dynamic duo and look forward to 2015.
