We love Giving Tuesday. It’s a great reminder that the best gift of all is the gift of giving. It’s easy to forget about giving back and to get caught up in one’s day-to-day routine and the demands of family, work, social obligations, and travel. Sometimes it makes it challenging to remember all that we have to be grateful for and how little so many others have.
This year, in particular, stands out as one where there has been an endless stream of need, from the hurricanes that devastated Houston and Puerto Rico to the wildfires that destroyed parts of Napa Valley. Not to mention a fight like never before for human rights, immigrants rights, reproductive rights, the environment, racial justice, and stronger, sane gun laws.
It’s pretty overwhelming. But we keep on fighting, keep on giving, and keep on trying to help as much as we can. Here are just a few of the charities and non-profits that we support year round through donations and in-kind support. We hope you’ll take a moment to learn more about each one and make a contribution of your own.
