Plate of food

We love all of our clients, but working with plant based companies has a special place in our heart. As animal welfare advocates who support organizations such as the Humane Rescue Alliance and the Animal Welfare League of Arlington, we are proud to promote cruelty-free, vegan companies that eschew animal products.

For three years, we handled PR for DC Vegfest, the largest plant based festival on the East Coast. In 2016, DC Vegfest attracted nearly 20,000 people for a full day of vegan food, vegan products, music, renowned speakers and more. And we’ve also worked to put Equinox Restaurant’s plant based offerings in the spotlight, bring added recognition to beloved vegan soup company, Soupergirl, and highlight the wonderful all-natural, cruelty free bath and body products from Herban Lifestyle.

We keep ahead of the latest plant based food and lifestyle news and trends and have outstanding relationships with the media outlets that cover these topics as well as mainstream media outlets that are increasingly covering plant based companies. Our vegan clients have garnered coverage in the the following outlets:

  • Washington Post
  • VegNews
  • NPR
  • National Geographic
  • WTOP
  • Paste Magazine
  • Our Hen House
  • Voice of America
  • Zagat
  • Eater
  • Washingtonian
  • USA Today
  • and many others.

Vegan companies are good for our health, the planet and animal welfare, and working with plant based companies is also in line with our commitment to the environment and sustainability. These companies are changing the world for the better: From Hampton Creek’s eggless Just Mayo to Beyond Meat’s veggie burgers and chicken-less strips made in a lab, plant based companies offer cruelty free options that are changing the way we eat and live.

And ask anyone who’s had Equinox Restaurant’s vegan brunch or a decadent dessert from Vegan Treats or a Soupergirl soup, and they’ll tell you—vegan food isn’t just healthier, it tastes fantastic too.

We are also a proud affiliate member of the Plant Based Foods Association. Check them out!
